Artist faces charges for kissing painting

Artist Sam Rindy has been charged for kissing a painting and leaving a lipstick mark on it.

She allegedly kissed the white canvas by American artist Cy Twombly, worth an estimated USD 2 million dollars, on Thursday, and was arrested as she was leaving the museum. She will be charged for “damage to a work of art,” French judicial officials said.
